THE OFJ WEEKLY - Week 7 Recap
Real progress. No shortcuts. One week at a time.
THE WEEK THAT WAS…
Sunday July 20 through Saturday July 26

Starting weight: 276.0
Ending weight: 274.5
Change: –1.5 lbs
Total steps: 89,611
Average per day: ~12,801
Calories: A lot of off days — went over Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during sales meetings; skipped tracking Friday (date night) and Saturday (pool party)
All in all — not a great week calendar-wise.
Travel, work dinners, social events — it was a full slate. And I didn’t stick the landing every day. But I also didn’t fall apart. I moved. I lifted. I logged. I adjusted.
And I still lost a pound and a half.
Would I have liked to see more? Sure.
But considering the distractions, I’ll take a small win and keep moving.
THE UPCOMING WEEK…

Sunday, July 27 – Saturday, August 2
Step goal: 12,000+ per day (84K+ total)
Calories: Track every day except Friday night (date night)
Pushups + situps: Monday through Friday
Planned off-track event: Friday night date night
Stretch goal: Break into the 260s — and stay there
Focus word: Lock in
This week’s clean.
No travel. No social curveballs. Nothing but time and opportunity.
That’s where the real work happens — not in the drama, but in the routine.
I’m home. I’m rested. I’m ready.
The aim is clear: stay tight, stay consistent, and crack 270 for good.
QUOTE OF THE WEEK

“Losers live in the past. Winners learn from the past and enjoy working in the present towards the future.”
— Denis Waitley
I’m not stuck in last week. I learned from it.
This one’s about showing what I can do when the distractions quiet down.
There’s no reason to drift now — so I won’t.
This is the week for follow-through.
Until next time,
